So arose ciders from various old apple varieties, completely untreated, unfiltered and with the natural carbonic acid.

But what will drink our children? It had to be a non-alcoholic alternative. So we developed the Tschopperl Wossa , real fruit vinegar poured with water, slightly carbonated.
