2 tbsp. butter melt in a saucepan together with
2 tbsp. Pumpkin Seed Oil at medium temperature.
Add 1 onion, cut into very thin slices and sauté them until tender.
Remove the pan from the stove, stir in 1 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. honey, 4 tbsp. Elderberry Vinegar and pepper, freshly ground and stir well.
500 g red beets cook, cut into slices, add to the pan, stir to coat and cook everything over medium heat, until heated through.
