350 g red cabbage remove the stock, cut the cabbage into narrow strips and season with 1/2 tsp. herb salt Mash the cabbage for some minutes in order to make it softer.
200 g apples and pears, cut into small cubes mix into the cabbage.
2 tsp. sallow thorn add to the salad together with
2 tbsp. Elderberry Vinegar
3 tbsp. Sunflower Seed Oil
3 tbsp. sour cream and 1 pinch ginger, freshly grated and serve immediately.
