2 small shallots boil for a short while in hot water.
1 pinch salt and 4 tbsp. Cabernet Sauvignon Wine-Vinegar Add 1 pinch pepper, 1 tsp. Veggie Mustard and the cooked shallots and blend all the ingredients.
1 small bunch chives cut finely and stir them into the mixture, add 12 tbsp. Antara Olive Oil and blend everything until you get a smooth vinaigrette.
