Warm Coleslaw with Bacon

Shopping list

1/2 white cabbage
1 liter water
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. Beer Vinegar
2 tbsp. Sweet Pepper Seasoning Oil
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds, ground
1 tsp. pepper
50 g smoked bacon
to taste salt

Instructions

1/2 white cabbage wash, cut into thin slices.
1 liter water bring to a boil, add 1 tsp. salt and briskly boil the cabbage in the water for 5 to 8 minutes.
Drain the cabbage in a sieve and put it into a bowl.
Add the following ingredients:
4 tbsp. Beer Vinegar
2 tbsp. Sweet Pepper Seasoning Oil
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds, ground as well as
1 tsp. pepper toss well and leave it to steep for a while.
50 g smoked bacon cut into small pieces and roast in a pan without grease. Stir the roast bacon into the salad and season with to taste salt
Serve hot.
