250 ml heavy cream heat up in a saucepan, adding 250 g old dark bread, grated Take from the stove, add 5 tbsp. horseradish, grated after your own preference.
Season with
1 pinch salt
1 pinch nutmeg as well as
1 pinch sugar Aromatize it with
5 tbsp. Beer Vinegar
Serve with boiled beef.
