250 g all-purpose flour Place in a bowl and combine with the following ingredients:
4 eggs
3 tbsp. Plumseed Oil
1/4 l beer
1/4 l water
1 pinch salt
Mix very well. Let rest for 2 hours.
Heat in a non-sticking pan
1 tsp. Sunflower Seed Oil and pour as much batter into the pan until the bottom is slightly coated with it. Shake the pan so that the batter will evenly spread out. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Repeat until all the batter has been used up.
Place the pancake onto a warm plate, brush with Plumseed Oil fold to a triangle and sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar-mixture Serve while still hot.
