200 g lentils and 50 g red beans soak in water apart from each other.
Boil the beans in a small amount of water until half-done, then add the lentils and 2 tbsp. Merlot Wine-Vinegar and boil the beans together with the lentils until they are almost done.
1 jar Plums sweet ´n´ sour
3 slices pineapple and
1 apple cut into cubes and add them together with 1 cube vegetable soup
1 dash curry
1 dash ginger and
1 dash nutmeg grated
2 onions cut into cubes and fry in 30 g butter add 30 g ground almonds and fry them until they get slightly brown colour.
Stir the almond-onion-mixture into the lentils and garnish with 200 g Feta cheese cut in cubes
Finally, spray Merlot Wine-Vinegar onto the dish.
