Sour Potatoes with Sausages

Shopping list

1,5 kg potatoes
1 onion, medium size
1 bayleaf
2 clove
salted water
4 tbsp. Sunflower Seed Oil
75 g all-purpose flour
750 ml vegetable broth
salt and pepper
4 tbsp. Neuburger Wine-Vinegar
200 g Frankfurter sausages
1 bunch frizzy parsley, chopped

Instructions

1,5 kg potatoes peel, wash and cut into slices.
1 onion, medium size prick the onion with 1 bayleaf and 2 clove
salted water bring to a boil and cook the potatoes and the onion for 8 minutes.
4 tbsp. Sunflower Seed Oil heat in a saucepan, adding 75 g all-purpose flour add to the oil and roast until golden brown; add 750 ml vegetable broth bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper and 4 tbsp. Neuburger Wine-Vinegar simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the onion from the water and discard, carefully take out the potatoes, add them to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes or until done.
200 g Frankfurter sausages fry in a pan until heated through
Spoon potatoes into soup plates, place a sausage on top of it and sprinkle with 1 bunch frizzy parsley, chopped
Serve with gherkins.
