Chicken Salad Light

Shopping list

400 g fennel
2 oranges
2 apples
50 g sour cream
50 g yoghurt
3 tbsp. Quince Vinegar
1 tsp. honey
3 tbsp. Fennel Seasoning Oil
a pinch salt & pepper
200 g chicken meat

Instructions

400 g fennel cut into small dice.
2 oranges and
2 apples peel and dice.
Produce a sauce from the following ingredients:
50 g sour cream
50 g yoghurt
3 tbsp. Quince Vinegar
1 tsp. honey
3 tbsp. Fennel Seasoning Oil
a pinch salt & pepper
200 g chicken meat dice, roast in a pan.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, toss well and marinate with the sauce.
