Marinated Spring Onions and Carrots

Shopping list

2 bunches spring onions
1/2 kg carrots

Marinade:
2 tbsp. Golden Delicious Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1/8 l Neuburger White Wine
1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Pumpkin Seed Oil
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 pinch salt

Instructions

2 bunches spring onions cut into stripes together with 1/2 kg carrots and let simmer in salted water for a short while and them rinse them with cold water.

Marinade:
2 tbsp. Golden Delicious Cider Vinegar bring to a boil together with 2 tbsp. honey and 1/8 l Neuburger White Wine Finally season with 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped, 2 tbsp. Pumpkin Seed Oil, 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds, 1 tsp. caraway seeds and 1 pinch salt Pour the marinade over the vegetables and leave them to rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
