2 red bell peppers wash and thoroughly remove the white parts.
6 large tomatoes pour boiling hot water over them und peel them.
Dice the peppers and the tomatoes.
1 celery stick wash and cut into fine strips. Drain thoroughly 1 tin tuna fish (in its own liquid) and tear into suitable pieces. Place all ingredients into a salad bowl and sprinkle with 50 g black olives pitten and chopped, as well as 12 Capers in Wine Vinegar quartered. Combine 4 tbsp. Sweet Pepper Seasoning Oil with 4 tbsp. Blaufränkisch Selected Harvest Wine-Vinegar and salt and pepper Mix well and pour over the salad.
