2 figs cutted in half are being marinated with 2 tbsp. Fig Vinegar, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp. Coffee Seasoning Oil one hour in the fridge.Serve by adding fresh coriander (5 leafes), fresh cucumber (1 bar) and beetroot (1 slice).
