1 package glass noodles boil.
1 avocado and 1 cucumber cut into fine strips.
1 red bell pepper dice. Mix the following ingredients with a hand blender:
20 g sweet soy sauce
30 g Elstar Apple Juice
40 g Apple Seed Oil
20 g Lemongrass Vinegar
1/2 lime, juice
7 g brown sugar
salt, pepper
Small bunch fresh mint tear the leaves, combine with the salad ingredients and marinate the salad with the dressing.
Arrange the salad in glasses.
