2 cabbage turnips peel and grate. Marinate with the following ingredients:
salt
pepper
1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Saffron Vinegar
1/2 tbsp. Apple Seed Oil and some saffron threads.
Leave to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Garnish with a few young cabbage turnip lesves, finely cut Instead of the cabbage turnips you can also use carrots or black radish.
